Sous-Chef
Hospitality & GastronomySous-chefs and sous-cheffes are deputies of the head chef. They lead the kitchen team in practical kitchen work and are the direct contact persons for the chefs de partie. They support the head chef in administrative and organisational work and in the training of apprentices.
