Sales Supporter
Sales & PurchasingSales supporters support sales management or the key account area, i.e. the sales force. They process enquiries and quotations, carry out administrative tasks and analyse data from key customers, and differentiate between various functions in Sales Support: they also create reports and statistics, carry out telemarketing and process customer responses. Sales Supporters compile target group-related user documentation and are responsible for the data quality of the sales database. They support the sales organisation and arrange customer visits for Sales Managers or Key Account Managers.
