With their training and experience, they are responsible for both technical issues and company management. They have business and economic expertise and know the requirements of the market. They analyse the opportunities and risks of the business and plan its long-term development. The main task of wine technology masters is to organise wine production. They decide on the methods of winemaking and plan the optimal use of their employees and machines, always taking seasonal fluctuations into account. The work processes are determined individually depending on the grape variety, vintage and type of wine.
