Rooms Division Manager

Rooms Division Managers are responsible for the entire rooms division. They schedule staff to ensure smooth operations and monitor compliance with standards in the areas of guest relations, housekeeping and reservations in large hotels. Depending on the hotel, this may include managing the front office, concierge service, bell desk and butler service.
