Food & Beverage Director (Hospitality)

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you manage all gastronomic areas in a large hotel or resort: Restaurants, banqueting, bar, room service and purchasing. You are responsible for the budget, use of goods, concepts and several team leaders and work closely with the hotel management. Unlike a Head of Restoration BP, who manages a restaurant area, you have overall responsibility for the F&B results of the business.
