Criminal Judge

As a member of the criminal court and the appeal chamber, criminal judges judge criminal cases that fall within their jurisdiction. They preside over the proceedings in their capacity as referees or presiding judges, prepare judgement reports, submit applications to the court and review the decisions drafted by court clerks.
