Alpine Dairyman

Alpine dairymen and dairywomen manage alpine dairies and produce traditional Swiss alpine cheese. They tend livestock on the alpine pastures, milk the cows, process the milk into cheese and maintain the mountain meadows. This seasonal work combines tradition with nature.
