Department Manager / Specialist Manager (Retail)

Zone managers / specialist managers (retail trade) are responsible for a zone (e.g. dairy products) in a retail business. They are primarily responsible for the technical management of the area and, in consultation with department managers or division managers, put together a customer-orientated and needs-based range of goods.area managers/specialist managers (retail trade) constantly check that the range is up to date and present the products in a way that promotes sales.
