Milk Buyer

Milk buyers usually run a commercial cheese dairy as independent entrepreneurs. They buy the milk from the milk seller (producer), determine the product range themselves and look for buyers for their products. They often also run a sales business. They are responsible for all the administration and accounting. They may also work together with a dairy co-operative.
