Executive Coach

As an executive coach, you work one-to-one with managers, board members and entrepreneurs on leadership issues, difficult decisions, conflicts and personal development. You ask the right questions instead of prescribing solutions and work on an equal footing with top management. A sound coaching training (bso, ICF, EASC or similar), often combined with personal leadership experience, is common; many work independently at daily or hourly rates.
