Retail Manager HFP

Retail managers have strategic and operational management skills in the retail trade. They take on tasks in corporate management, product range and organisational design, financial and personnel management as well as information and communication management. Retail managers plan and implement sales and store processes. They organise the budgeting process and make investment decisions. They use controlling tools to evaluate operating results, recognise problem areas and take corrective action.
