Train Traffic Controller
Transport & LogisticsTrain traffic controllers - known as train dispatchers on some private railways - manage and monitor the flow of traffic at monitors. They are responsible for ensuring that passenger and goods trains are routed safely and punctually to their destination on the entire rail network. SBB train dispatchers work in one of the four operations centres - Olten, Zurich Airport, Lausanne and Pollegio - or in a marshalling yard.
