Business psychologists combine psychological expertise with economic issues and support companies in better understanding and making targeted use of human behaviour. They work in areas such as personnel development, work design, change management or marketing and analyse, for example, how employees can be motivated or what motivates customers to buy. The aim is always to make organisations more efficient, healthier and customer-oriented. Depending on their specialisation, they work in HR departments, management consultancies or as coaches.
