Board Member (Board of Directors)

As a member of the Board of Directors, you are part of the highest supervisory and strategic body of a company. You approve the strategy, monitor the management, are responsible for risks and finances and represent the interests of the owners. You usually carry out this mandate alongside your main duties and are remunerated with a fee. This is the result of many years of management, specialist or industry experience.
