Sales Engineer
Metal & MachinesImplements sales strategies and is responsible for sales in the technical area. Maintains and looks after existing customers and acquires new ones. Is the contact person for all technical and commercial questions, coordinates and monitors projects from the preparation of quotations to successful customer acceptance. The sales engineer knows the customer's needs as well as the technical possibilities of the company. He/she is responsible for a sales area in the technical field. The area of responsibility includes actively working the market, preparing quotations, conducting sales talks, concluding contracts, organising product demonstrations and preparing for and participating in trade fairs. The role usually involves a lot of travelling.
