Technical Support Specialist

Technical supporters are responsible for providing specialised customer care and advice and technical support on specialist issues. They work in the service department of a manufacturing company and help customers to rectify faults in individual devices and entire systems. You will be responsible for assessing and processing transport damage, complaints and warranty claims.
