Education & SocialSupervisor-coaches support professionals in dealing with their tasks. They help them to reflect on their professional actions and their role, improve cooperation with clients and employees and overcome stress and conflict situations. In particular, they advise professionals who are in close contact with other people, for example in the fields of teaching, counselling, management or care. As counsellors, supervisor-coaches accompany professionals over several sessions. They agree goals together for a certain period of time, discuss the individual steps and regularly monitor the success of their work. They support and optimise learning, change and development processes for individuals, groups or teams
