Swimming Instructor

Swimming instructors offer varied and safe swimming lessons. With their methodical and didactic skills, they are able to provide age- and target group-appropriate swimming lessons at all levels. Swimming instructors work primarily in schools. There they teach children and young people in school swimming and recreational sports. They plan and organise the lessons, put together a programme of lessons suitable for the target group, define the objectives and evaluate the lessons. During lessons, swimming instructors teach their pupils the breaststroke, crawl and back crawl swimming techniques, among others. They demonstrate exercises, observe the learners and correct them if they recognise mistakes in their movements.
