Music and Movement Pedagogue FH

Music and movement teachers FH teach specialised music and movement lessons at primary schools and music schools. Their task is to promote children's ability to express themselves through musical means in a playful way. They use movement tasks to encourage children of different ages to engage with the diverse manifestations of music - experiencing, experiencing and understanding. The media used are music, voice, body, movement, instruments and a wide variety of materials. When working with younger children, the focus is on introducing them to making music: The children create tones and sounds with their voices, instruments and other materials. They learn to listen to these sounds, recognise them and develop an idea of sound.
