Head of Research

Heads of Research (often also referred to as "Head of R&D") manage the research department and its employees. They plan research projects, implement them and monitor their success. They are responsible for the budget and ensure that the necessary technical and regulatory documentation is available. They ensure cross-divisional collaboration with internal and external partners.
