Teacher at Rudolf Steiner Schools

Teachers at Rudolf Steiner schools teach according to the theory of human development developed by Rudolf Steiner (Waldorf education). A special feature of the educational concept of a Waldorf school is the age-specific teaching in twelve school years for all pupils. The educational aim is to promote intellectual, artistic, practical and social skills. The aim is the holistic development of the personality. They carry out the following activities:
