Bankruptcy Trustee

Bankruptcy trustees manage and oversee bankruptcy proceedings of insolvent companies and individuals. They inventory assets, verify creditor claims, and distribute the bankruptcy estate. In Switzerland, they work at cantonal bankruptcy offices or as private liquidators and act according to the Federal Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act.
