Real estate trustees are responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties and sometimes also manage mandates in the area of condominiums and special properties. They monitor the initial letting and re-letting and arrange for the necessary contracts to be drawn up. When managing and renovating buildings, facilities and equipment, they take into account their life cycle phases and assess whether maintenance and renovation measures are necessary. If such work needs to be carried out, they plan and supervise these projects.
