HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic sparring partner for the managers of a business unit. You advise on organizational, personnel and remuneration issues, accompany changes and link the HR strategy with the business objectives. You work at eye level with management and manage HR issues throughout the employee life cycle. You will get there by studying and gaining several years of HR experience.
