Timber Construction Foreman BP
Wood & InteriorTimber construction foremen are qualified team leaders and are regarded as practitioners among managers in the industry. They instruct their employees during work in the workshop, during joinery and during assembly on the construction site. They are often also responsible for the practical training of apprentices. In work preparation, timber construction foremen draw up work plans and documents that are required for the realisation of a project. The plans drawn up by architects, civil engineers or master woodworkers provide them with the basis for this. They carry out preliminary calculations and organise materials and personnel according to economic criteria.
