Head of HR

As Head of HR, you manage the HR department of a company and are responsible for recruitment, personnel development, remuneration and labor law issues. You translate the HR strategy into functioning processes, lead the HR team and are the point of contact for management and executives. You usually get there via a degree and several years of HR management experience.
