Superintendent HFP

Caretakers take on a leading role in property maintenance in large companies, property management companies or public institutions. They are responsible for maintaining the value of the properties entrusted to them. They are responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of building complexes. They have in-depth knowledge in the areas of maintenance and repair, cleaning, building services, outdoor facilities, building security, environmental protection and administration. Caretakers plan, manage and monitor maintenance, servicing and cleaning work. They manage the employees under their supervision, draw up deployment plans, are responsible for instructing and training employees and apprentices and are responsible for the maintenance of the building.
