Master glaziers are responsible for the profitability of the business. They draw up operational concepts, manage company finances, plan investments, determine pricing and wage policies and ensure quality. They also resolve legal issues, plan marketing strategies and implement them. Master glaziers manage projects and are responsible for the entire order processing. They carry out building physics calculations, calculate the costs of contracts, draw up cost estimates, prepare planning documents and monitor deadlines.
