General Counsel (Head of Legal)

As General Counsel, you are the top lawyer in a company and manage the entire legal department. You advise the Board of Directors and Executive Board on contracts, M&A, compliance and risks and are responsible for the Group's legal strategy. Unlike a salaried legal counsel, you have personnel, budget and management responsibility and sit close to the C-suite.
