Integration Counselor (Social Insurance)

Integration counsellors at IV offices are responsible for advising people who, for health reasons, are no longer able to carry out their previous occupation or can only do so to a limited extent. They support insured persons with courses, job-related aids, job retention or any professional reorientation and job search. At the same time, they also advise employers on work integration. In this way, they act as a link between insured persons and the economy.
