Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As CTO, you set the technological vision and strategy of a company and ensure that it fits the business model. You make the big architecture and platform decisions, set up engineering organizations and manage them across several teams. You are part of the management team and translate between technology, product and business. You usually get there over many years as a developer, architect and engineering manager.
