Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

As CHRO, you manage the entire HR of a company at C-level: you set the people and culture strategy, are responsible for talent management, remuneration, organizational development and working models. You are a member of the Executive Board and advise the CEO and Board of Directors on all HR issues. Increasingly, AI transformation and HR data analysis are also part of your profile. This is a long way from HR leadership and strategic responsibility.
