Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for a company: You set the strategy, lead the management and are responsible to the Board of Directors for the results. You make the big decisions on markets, investments and organization and represent the company to the outside world. In SMEs, you are often challenged both operationally and entrepreneurially. You usually achieve this over many years of management and divisional responsibility.
