Case Manager

Case managers work in institutions or outpatient care facilities in the social or healthcare sector, with health insurance companies or social security organisations. In complex cases, they work together with those affected to optimise the quality and efficiency of care, treatment and/or nursing with regard to the goal to be achieved. They organise the coordination between the players in the care system.
