Site Manager (Painting Trade)

Site managers work in painting companies. They lead a team and supervise apprentices. In addition to these organisational and management tasks, practical painting work is an important part of their job. With their technical knowledge, they are able to carry out demanding wall and ceiling covering work. Construction site managers are responsible for organising the construction site, ordering materials, planning individual work processes and scheduling personnel, machines and equipment. They ensure that employees work together efficiently, provide them with professional guidance and guarantee that the work is carried out on time and to the highest quality standards. They are also in contact with the site management and coordinate the work of their team with the orders.
