Doctors specialising in anthroposophically extended medicine see the human being as a whole. They perceive the person as healthy in harmonious interaction or as sick with a disturbed balance. The encounter between doctor and patient creates the space in which diagnostic and therapeutic ideas emerge. The doctor's work is aimed at restoring this balance, using medicines from the mineral, plant and animal kingdoms.
